Which service model suits me?
What matters is which tasks you want to hand over. If you need direction, consulting is the fit. If technology is the sticking point, integration is. If capacity is short in day-to-day business, managed or full service. We work that out together in the first call.
Do I have to choose a model straight away or can I get advice first?
You do not have to commit in advance. The first call is free and without obligation. We look at your situation and then recommend the model that best fits your needs.
Can I choose the components of each model myself?
Yes. The four models are starting points, not fixed packages. We put the scope together around your needs.
Can I switch between the models later on?
Yes. You can hand over individual areas first and extend the scope flexibly later, as your marketplace business grows.
Do I need my own software or licences?
As a rule no, we work in your existing software. Connecting new marketplaces requires your own licence for Rithum or Tradebyte. If Xentral is your preferred ERP system, that needs a licence as well.
