With our integration service, you receive tailored technical support for Tradebyte and Rithum—flexible and exactly where you need it. Drawing on years of experience as a retailer on national and international marketplaces, we know which tasks in day-to-day operations consume time and quickly become complex: from product data maintenance and mapping to structured error handling and technical optimization.

For Rithum, we additionally handle platform-specific tasks such as creating and maintaining complex business rules or customized lookup lists.
A prerequisite for our integration service is that you already have your own contracts with the respective middleware and connected marketplaces, and that your internal systems—such as an ERP or PIM—are properly set up. If you also need support in these areas, we are happy to assist.
